STS-128 Discovery is 30th to the ISS

The Space Shuttle Discovery, just 23 seconds before midnight August 28, launches on STS-128, the 128th flight of the program and the 30th mission to the International Space Station. Discovery takes to the space station a wealth of supplies, brought up inside the Multipurpose Logistics Module (MPLM) named Leonardo, flying for the sixth time. Onboard and part of its seven-member crew is the 500th human to orbit the earth.
