Atlas V launches MAVEN

NASA's Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution (MAVEN) orbiter mission launches to the Red
Planet aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket on November 18, 2013. The rocket flew in the
minimal 401 configuration with no solid rocket boosters.
