What in the world? Nothing of the sort, actually. On a moving ship and in winds of around 40 mph, this shaky time exposure shows the super-bright International Space Station streaking high over the funnel of the Norwegian Dream, in the South Atlantic somewhere northwest of the Falkland Islands.
