The Explorer, a full-size mockup of the space shuttle, sits at sunset outside the Vehicle Assembly Building on January 19, 2012. On display at the Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex for two decades, it is now headed by barge for Houston, TX, for a new exhibit. It will be replaced at KSC by the real thing, Atlantis.
